IN LOVE

I am in love with this foundation, it is perfect coverage with a no makeup feel or greasiness. I am really more of a tinted moisturizer kind of girl and usually get there Traceless, but on a whim thought I would try out there new foundation. I LOVE IT, it really feels like you didn't put any makeup on, and it gives great coverage.

They just love those dolphins at the aquarium, what will we do when we don't have the aquarium at our fingertips anymore? I guess we will have to be landlovers and go to the zoo!

We ate here before we left, and it was good, but service was slow...and my sandwich was pricey. Cake was yummy!

This was one freaky African Crocodile. I wouldn't want to meet it in the wild. It snapped and snorted and made us all jump. Cooper wanted to get out of there quick!

Call us crazy, but we went to San Antonio this weekend for a much needed getaway. Yes it was well over a 100 degrees without adding the heat index and the south Texas humidity, but we like to live on the edge around here. I did miss the coastal Texas breeze, that really does help!

quilting sneak peaks

Have I already said enough how much I love fabric....well, I do. Here is some of the projects that I am working on or have finished (i love how after it is quilted and washed it wrinkles up so perfect) After i finish the charley brown zig zag I have a Christmas quilt, a cute baby cowboy and a darling one made with charm packs to do. Then i am free to buy more fabric..which is why I quilt really, is just so I can buy more fabric!

Grandpa Ricky!!!

My dad was able to visit for not one but two weekends because of a business trip he had to Austin last week. It was so great, the boys loved every minute. We went to Rockport and played some games and just hung out. IT was FANTASTIC! I love you dad, we sure missed everyone else though!
